Super praktisch und schnell zuzubereiten, ganz zu schweigen davon, dass es <strong>Low Carb und vegetarisch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zutaten w\u00e4hle ich danach aus, was ich zu Hause habe, Sie m\u00fcssen sich nur an der Low Carb-Di\u00e4t orientieren und Ihrer Kreativit\u00e4t freien Lauf lassen, um dieses einfache Rezept zuzubereiten. Manchmal mache ich es mit roter So\u00dfe, ein anderes Mal mit Pesto, wie es auch bei dem auf dem Foto oben der Fall ist.<\/p>\n<p>Ich hatte zu Hause noch etwas Lauch, rote Paprika und Pesto-Sauce \u00fcbrig und habe im Wesentlichen alles verwendet. Umr\u00fchren und die Pfanne etwa 2\u20133 Minuten lang abdecken. Dann einfach servieren und mit K\u00e4se oder K\u00f6rnern (oder beidem!) bestreuen.<\/p>\n<p>Und bedienen Sie sich!<\/p>\n<p>Eine gute Beilage zu diesem Gericht ist gegrillter Lachs (es ist immer
