Can you use cream on a low carb diet? Yes
use in recipe? this was a question that came up
spontaneously there on my facebook page.
I shared a recipe,
a low carb dessert recipe from the Healthy Menu channel that had strawberries, chocolate and cream and a follower asked, a lot of questions
very fair, very valid, if there would be no problem with the cream. Actually no, the cream only has 4.5 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams: so within the quantities that are normally used in cooking, in the kitchen, there would be no problem but as this may be a doubt of many I decided to bring this doubt here in a video because many people do not look at the comments field on the Facebook page. Thanks for the tip?
So be sure to follow my Facebook page, interact with other participants in the comments, tag your friends, those people you know who can benefit from that information, and I'll see you in the next video! See you there!
