  • 500 g ground beef
  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 large onion, chopped

Low carb kibbeh recipe | How to prepare

First cook the quinoa in boiling water (just like making rice). Set aside.
Process the onion, garlic and mint until it forms a paste. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, seasoning to taste. Place in a baking dish greased with olive oil and floured with flaxseed flour. Arrange your kibbeh on the baking sheet, making cuts with a knife. Bake in a medium oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
