This is by far the best, most realistic and most resilient crust I have found on a <strong>low carb diet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s naturally crisp and crunchy, holds together like a regular slice of pizza, and is actually quite delicious. So if you\u2019ve never had the chance to try it yet, definitely take this opportunity to make it for one of your <strong>low carb meals<\/strong>! It&#039;s very quick to do, too \u2013 which makes it a perfect medium for someone with a busy life.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Crispy low carb pizza | Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 egg whites and 1 whole egg<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons coconut flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of guar or xanthan gum<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1 teaspoon of baking powder<br \/>\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dHgJMp3KSkY\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Crispy low carb pizza | How to prepare<\/h3>\n<p>Place the two egg whites and the whole egg in a bowl, along with the 2 tablespoons of sifted coconut flour, salt, guar gum or xanthan gum.<\/p>\n<p>Mix everything very well until you get a homogeneous dough. Then add the olive oil and mix again until the oil is incorporated into the dough.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, add a heaping teaspoon of baking powder and mix gently so as not to disturb the aeration of the dough.<\/p>\n<p>Now spread the dough evenly in a large non-stick frying pan, cook over medium heat until the dough comes away from the pan completely. When it comes away completely, turn the dough over in the pan, poke holes in it with a fork, spread plenty of tomato sauce and add the filling of your choice, cover the pan with aluminum foil or a lid and cook over medium heat until the cheese melts completely; this takes approximately 5 minutes.
