You\u2019ve probably heard that this is a good way to lose excess weight\u2026 and you\u2019d be right!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Here are the <strong>low carb rules<\/strong> for those who begin their journey.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Eat when you&#039;re hungry. This may mean skipping traditional meals and not snacking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Stop when you are full. Don&#039;t be afraid to leave part of your meal if you are full.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Eat plenty of good fats, moderate amounts of protein and LOW carbs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Eat real food. Fresh produce, not packaged!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Get quality sleep. Turn off TVs, cell phones, etc., and focus on refocusing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This is not a diet!
