This nutritious food originated in Europe and can be considered ancient, since reports of its existence date back to the Roman Empire. Click here and see.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Low carb broccoli cream | Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2\u00bd cups (650ml) vegetable stock<\/p>\n<p>1 cup (200 ml) of <a href=\"https:\/\/receitasdenutri.wordpress.com\/2014\/04\/07\/leite-de-coco-caseiro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">coconut milk<\/a> (or whatever you prefer)<\/p>\n<p>2 cloves of garlic<\/p>\n<p>1 onion<\/p>\n<p>500g of broccoli<\/p>\n<p>1 cup (90 g) grated Gruyere cheese (or other melting cheese of your choice)<\/p>\n<p>salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste<\/p>\n<div style=\"position: relative;\">\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6VyCeqItwLw?rel=0&controls=0&showinfo=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div style=\"position: absolute; bottom: 1px; right: 1px; width: 33%; height: 33%; z-index: 77777777777;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Low carb broccoli cream | Preparation method<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In a pan, place the vegetable broth, coconut milk, garlic and onion.<\/p>\n<p>Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste and bring to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>Once it starts to boil, add the broccoli. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.<\/p>\n<p>Turn off the heat and, using a mixer or blender, process until the desired consistency is reached.
