Avocado is a very nutritious ingredient.<br \/>\nand versatile, which goes well in both savory and sweet recipes. In this video, I will teach you 3 very<br \/>\ndelicious and easy recipes with avocado for you to make every day, which are potato salad<br \/>\nwith avocado mayonnaise, avocado pasta and avocado popsicles. To make the potato salad, place in<br \/>\na powerful processor or blender 400g of avocado, 2 tablespoons of juice<br \/>\nlemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of vegetable milk, 1 clove of garlic<br \/>\nsmall without the core, 1 tablespoon of mustard, season with salt and ground pepper to taste and<br \/>\nbeat well until you get a smooth cream. And set aside. Cook 1 carrot and 2 chopped potatoes<br \/>\nuntil soft. Place in a large bowl, along with<br \/>\nwith 1\/2 cup of peas and corn, 1\/2 cup of chopped tomatoes, 1\/3 cup of onion<br \/>\nchopped purple cabbage, 1\/3 cup chopped olives, 1\/4 cup chopped parsley and chives<br \/>\nand the avocado mayonnaise. Mix well and, if desired, refrigerate.<br \/>\nfor 2 hours before serving. It&#039;s ready! To make the avocado pasta,<br \/>\nboil water in a large pot, add a pinch of salt and cook 300g of pasta<br \/>\nof your preference, I used rice, without eggs and wholegrain. Meanwhile, chop 400g of ripe avocado,<br \/>\nbut still firm and place in a bowl. Add 2 chopped tomatoes, 1\/2 red onion<br \/>\nfinely chopped, 1\/3 cup chopped parsley and chives, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, season<br \/>\nwith the juice of 1\/2 lemon, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, ground pepper and salt to taste<br \/>\nand mix. If you want, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise<br \/>\nvegan. Mix well and, if desired, refrigerate<br \/>\nfor 2 hours before serving. It&#039;s ready! To make the popsicle, place it in a blender<br \/>\n200g of chopped avocado, 100g of chopped banana, 1\/2 cup of coconut milk from a jar,<br \/>\nsweeten to taste, I used 2 tablespoons of molasses, 1\/2 tablespoon of juice<br \/>\nof lemon and beat until you get a smooth and uniform cream. Place in molds, add sticks and<br \/>\nplace in the freezer for about 5 hours or until frozen.<\/p>\n<p>It&#039;s ready!
