If you need ideas, I&#039;ll share mine<br \/>\nfavorites with you today. You know, right about<br \/>\nthat red subscribe button? The one you click if that kind of recipe<br \/>\nis your choice. Today, I eat filling salads, but also many low-carb lunches<br \/>\nthat are not salads. So yes, low-carb lunches can be filling and meet your dietary needs. Something I like to do<br \/>\nare low carb meal prep bowls. Meal prep will save you a lot of time and you can use any recipe<br \/>\nthat you like to eat. Just serve<\/p>\n<p>a serving in a bowl and store in the fridge for later. You can make a low-carb bowl with shredded lettuce<br \/>\nor cauliflower rice and then add any protein,<br \/>\nvegetables and drizzle. Yes, I really like sauces and drizzles to make my meals more exciting. So if you are a fan of<br \/>\nrecipes that keep on serving, you&#039;ll love these<br \/>\nlow carb burrito bowls. They are made in a slow cooker,<br \/>\nwith just two ingredients. When the chicken is ready, simply<br \/>\nshred it with two forks, let the chicken absorb some of the sauce and assemble the bowl. I like to put cauliflower rice as a base, top with shredded chicken salsa<br \/>\n, then a little cheese, or add any other on top<br \/>\ntoppings you like inside a small container<br \/>\nand take it with you. It&#039;s all in one pot with<br \/>\nthe vegetables, the eggs, then the shrimp, then you<br \/>\nput everything back and stir, add the<br \/>\ncauliflower rice, the sauce. And once everything is<br \/>\nheated, it&#039;s ready. And I must say that<br \/>\nCauliflower rice packs in all the Asian-inspired flavors with far fewer carbs. Another delicious low-carb idea<br \/>\nThese are my grain-free falafels. They don&#039;t have chickpeas, so<br \/>\nThese are low carb and you can fry them in a pan or<br \/>\nbake them straight in the oven. I usually serve them with a salad and it&#039;s an epic meal of<br \/>\nMediterranean inspiration. Now, one that I need to share with you is my egg roll in a bowl. It&#039;s everything that<br \/>\nyou love, from egg rolls, cabbage, meat, sauce. Oh yes, this is a complete meal, perfect for breaking your fast if you are practicing intermittent fasting, because it will keep you<br \/>\nyou satisfied for a long time. Now, of course, I have some<br \/>\nlow carb lunch salad ideas that will give you<br \/>\nnutrition and keep you satisfied. One of my favorites is<br \/>\nthe buffalo chicken salad. I use my buffalo chicken<br \/>\nthat I cook in the slow cooker, shred and then use<br \/>\na meal prep bowl to layer the lettuce,<br \/>\nthat chicken, the avocado, some boiled eggs<br \/>\n, tomatoes and a little blue cheese. And I put my homemade dressing in small containers with lids. At lunch time, all you have to do is drizzle the dressing on top, add a little more<br \/>\nbuffalo sauce if you want more spice, grab your fork and enjoy. Other Favorite Low Carb Salads<br \/>\nthat look like a meal are my salmon salad salad<br \/>\nand my chicken caprese. Now, my chicken caprese salad<br \/>\nis an epic lunch idea that is mixed with my<br \/>\nvinegarette, and it&#039;s delicious. Now for the snack in all<br \/>\nwe, I have my adult bentos. I have an endless list of ideas that you can use to fill your bento box. But in this video,<br \/>\nI give all my tips and tricks for making a bento box. Well, I personally love it<br \/>\nthis Mediterranean bento packed with fresh ingredients, this Cali bento box, with<br \/>\neverything you love in a club sandwich, minus the bread, and a bistro box, and even heavy wraps.
