Do you understand?<br \/>\nAnother thing you can do to avoid gaining weight is: eat your breakfast.<br \/>\nalways have your breakfast. Don&#039;t skip this meal. The rule is this: If you open the cupboard, is it packed and ready to eat? No.<br \/>\nGood! Is it good? Is it in the package? Is it ready to eat?<br \/>\nIt&#039;s no good! Oh! But you feel like eating anything<br \/>\nthing watching a movie, and doesn&#039;t know what Popcorn is!<br \/>\nBut my popcorn... Just like that.
