The chicken as a base was combined with chives, chili peppers and ginger. It took a more oriental direction and received more typical and super interesting flavors: soy sauce and sake. Do you agree that it couldn&#039;t go wrong?<\/p>\n<p>To accompany, a <strong>cauliflower rice<\/strong>, one <strong>zucchini noodles<\/strong> or a delicious <strong>cauliflower puree<\/strong>, which is what I did. I took advantage of the fact that I had lunch alone and prepared a lunch box for the week \u2014 which can even be frozen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Low carb oriental style chicken strips recipe | Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>300g. of fillets of <a href=\"http:\/\/finale.com.br\/sites\/88_Frango_Certo\/receita\/Beneficios-do-frango-frangocerto\/6\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chicken <\/a>cut into strips<\/p>\n<p>1 and 1\/2 tablespoon of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oleodecoco.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coconut oil<\/a> (or lard)<\/p>\n<p>1 small onion, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>1 clove of <a href=\"http:\/\/saudenacomida.com.br\/beneficios-alho-para-saude-beleza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">garlic <\/a>finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>1 <a href=\"http:\/\/portal.minervafoods.com\/minerva\/blog\/post\/veja-como-pimenta-dedo-de-moca-faz-bem-para-sua-saude\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">finger pepper<\/a> small, very finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenme.com.br\/viver\/saude-e-bem-estar\/3429-efeitos-ingestao-diaria-gengibre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ginger <\/a>grated<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup of <a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Saqu%C3%AA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sake <\/a>kid<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>3 tablespoons of water<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon heavy cream<\/p>\n<p>3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives<\/p>\n<p>Salt and black pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>Low carb oriental style chicken strips recipe | How to prepare<\/p>\n<p>Heat a large frying pan or pot, add the oil and then the onion. Saut\u00e9 until translucent, then add the garlic, pepper and ginger. Saut\u00e9 for another 3 minutes and add the chicken strips.<br \/>\nWait for the chicken to cook (until it changes color), stirring occasionally to cook all sides well.<\/p>\n<p>Pour in the sake and wait for the alcohol to evaporate (about 2 to 3 minutes). Then add the soy sauce and let it boil for another 2 to 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the cream to the pan and stir until the sauce begins to thicken, then turn off the heat.<br \/>\nServe immediately, with chives sprinkled on top, accompanied by cauliflower rice or, like me, with low carb cauliflower puree and cooked beetroot (optional).<br \/>\nThese quantities yield two servings.
