Season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Heat a pan and add the bacon to release the fat. When it is golden brown, add it to the meat.<\/p>\n<p>Divide the meat mixture in half and spread into an ovenproof dish.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fill with half of the cheese (I made two layers of sliced mozzarella). Repeat the layer of meat and cover with the tomato sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Spread the remaining cheese over the sauce (I used grated mozzarella). Sprinkle with oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 200\u00baC for about 30-40 minutes until the meat is cooked and the surface is golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>Serve immediately. You can accompany it with cooked zucchini or cauliflower rice and a delicious salad.<\/p>\n<p>These quantities serve two to three people.
