Season the fish and shrimp with lemon, salt and black pepper, cover with plastic wrap and let them rest in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n<p>Heat a heavy-bottomed pan and add the olive oil to heat it up. Then, add the onion and garlic and saut\u00e9 until they start to brown. Add 1 tablespoon of palm oil and the chili pepper (if you don&#039;t like it too spicy, remove half or all of the seeds).
