Super practical and quick to prepare, not to mention that it is <strong>low carb and vegetarian<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I choose the ingredients based on what I have available at home. You just need to follow a low-carb diet and use your creativity to make this simple recipe. Sometimes I make it with red sauce, other times I make it with pesto, which is the case with the one in the photo above.<\/p>\n<p>I had some leftover leeks, red peppers, and pesto sauce at home, and that&#039;s basically what I used. So let&#039;s get to the ingredients and how I prepared it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Low carb zucchini noodles | Ingredients for one serving<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 <a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Abobrinha\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zucchini<\/a> medium (cut into spirals or very thin slices)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/melhorcomsaude.com\/remedio-alho-poro-depurar-organismo-perder-peso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leek<\/a> (the quantity will depend on your taste)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenme.com.br\/alimentar-se\/alimentacao\/4282-pimentao-10-surpreendentes-beneficios-para-saude\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Red pepper<\/a> in strips<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/revistagloborural.globo.com\/vida-na-fazenda\/como-plantar\/noticia\/2016\/07\/como-plantar-alho.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Garlic <\/a>Chopped beef plate<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/veja.abril.com.br\/saude\/entenda-como-o-azeite-de-oliva-extravirgem-previne-o-alzheimer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oil <\/a>or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuasaude.com\/como-usar-o-oleo-de-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coconut oil<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pesto sauce (preferably homemade)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.queijosnobrasil.com.br\/portal\/tudo-sobre-queijo\/130-queijo-feta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Feta cheese<\/a> (if you like) or<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecycle.com.br\/component\/content\/article\/62-alimentos\/2809-sete-beneficios-da-semente-de-abobora-para-a-saude-fontes-ricas-proteina-aumentam-ingestao-magnesio-elevam-niveis-potassio-fortalecem-sistema-imunologico-ajudam-saude-prostata-voce-mais-feliz-repletas-antioxidantes-.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> pumpkin seeds<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seasoning to taste (I used salt, black pepper, oregano)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Low carb zucchini noodles | Preparation method:<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fry the garlic, leek and bell pepper in olive oil or coconut oil. When fried to your liking, add the pesto sauce (approximately 1 level tablespoon), let it fry a little and add the zucchini. Stir and cover the pan for approximately 2-3 minutes. Then just serve and sprinkle with cheese or seeds (or both!).<\/p>\n<p>And help yourself!<\/p>\n<p>A good accompaniment to this dish is grilled salmon (it&#039;s always important to add a source of
