Make a gradual and continuous change to adopt a <strong>low carb lifestyle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Low carb shopping list | Meats<\/h2>\n<p>Meats: Any type: beef, pork, lamb, game, organ meats, poultry, etc. Feel free to eat the natural fat from meat without fear, as well as the skin from chicken. The idea is basically that it would be much better to consume organic meats from animals fed on grass, but between the perfect and the best for your health, invest in the best possible source of meats and remember that the perfect cannot stop you from following what is already good enough for the challenges and changes in your diet at the moment.<\/p>\n<h2>Low carb shopping list | Fish and eggs<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tudoporemail.com.br\/content.aspx?emailid=3817\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fish <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.saudedica.com.br\/os-7-beneficios-do-marisco-para-saude\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">seafood<\/a>: All types: Oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines or herring are great. I particularly love pickled quail eggs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Low carb shopping list | Fats and vegetables<\/h2>\n<p>Oils and fats: Butter, ghee, coconut oil, olive oil. (Avoid soybean and canola oil and margarine).<\/p>\n<p>Vegetables that grow above ground: sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts, kale, Chinese cabbage, spinach, asparagus, zucchini, eggplant, olives, spinach, mushrooms, cucumber, lettuce, onions, peppers, tomatoes, onion, garlic, etc. (eat freely until satiety. Foods that grow below ground are consumed wisely.)<\/p>\n<h2>Low carb shopping list | Dairy products and seeds<\/h2>\n<p>Dairy products: Always avoid low-fat or skim foods\u2026choose traditional ones instead, avoid ultra-processed cheeses and mixes, cream (40% fat), sour cream, Greek yogurt and high-fat cheeses. Be careful with regular milk, reduced-fat milk and skim milk, as they contain a lot of milk sugar (lactose\u2026stay away from lactose-free). Avoid flavored, sugary and low-fat products.<\/p>\n<p>Nuts| Seeds: <a href=\"http:\/\/gshow.globo.com\/tv\/noticia\/beneficios-das-castanhas-para-a-saude-veja-as-propriedades-de-cada-uma-delas.ghtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chestnuts<\/a>, almonds, but in smaller portions.
