Made from the white part of the passion fruit peel. <a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Maracuj%C3%A1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">passion fruit<\/a>, where most of the nutrients are concentrated, such as pectin fiber, vitamin B3 (niacin), iron, calcium and phosphorus. It is believed that these and other nutrients are preserved in passion fruit flour, benefiting our health by reducing glycemic spikes. And to top it all off, it is naturally gluten-free.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Low carb oven bread | Ingredients<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Eggs \u2013 4 units<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Passion fruit flour \u2013 1\/2 cup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Flaxseed flour \u2013 1\/2 cup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Chia \u2013 2 tablespoons<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Coconut milk \u2013 1\/4 cup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Tahini* \u2013 2 tablespoons (can be substituted with almond butter, coconut oil or butter)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sour cassava starch \u2013 2 tablespoons (this amount in total carbohydrates won\u2019t make that much of a difference)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Water \u2013 1\/4 cup + 1\/8 cup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Baking powder \u2013 1\/2 tablespoon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Salt \u2013 to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Chia and flax seeds \u2013 to top as desired<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Low carb oven bread | How to prepare<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Beat the eggs well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Combine coconut milk, tahini, and 1\/4 cup water. Mix well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Add the flaxseed flour, passion fruit flour, chia and tapioca flour. Continue stirring for a few minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Add a little more water (1\/8 cup) and salt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Add the yeast and spread the dough into a small loaf tin lined with non-stick paper (or greased and floured).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sprinkle some seeds on top and press down lightly with your hands.
