Today we have this <strong>low carb recipe<\/strong>, a simple, easy and very tasty suggestion for a homemade lunch or dinner.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients for the low carb chicken layer<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups cooked\/roasted and shredded chicken (2 medium fillets \u2014 you can use leftovers)<\/p>\n<p>1 clove of garlic, crushed or finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon dried fine herbs<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ybFDA6788RY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">paprika <\/a>or paprika<\/p>\n<p>Olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Low carb chicken | Layer of saut\u00e9ed vegetables<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup of grated or chopped vegetables (zucchini, chayote, tomato, eggplant, carrot, beetroot, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 small onion, chopped<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup vegetable broth<\/p>\n<p>Olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Low carb chicken | Gratin layer<\/h2>\n<p>1 recipe for your favorite white sauce<\/p>\n<p>3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Low carb chicken | How to prepare<\/h2>\n<p>Heat a large pan or frying pan and saut\u00e9 the garlic in a little olive oil, without letting it brown. Add the chicken, herbs, paprika or paprika and mix well.
