Shape the meat into balls or patties around the sticks, brush a little olive oil around them and wrap them in aluminum foil. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to intensify the seasonings and firm up the dough.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can prepare the <strong>low carb kafta<\/strong> on a barbecue, on an electric grill or in a non-stick frying pan or bake in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size. This time, I used an electric grill to get the surface nice and toasted, just the way I like it.<\/p>\n<p>To accompany the dish, there are good options such as: low-carb tabbouleh, golden onion, cauliflower puree, watercress salad with tomato, and a little lemon on top.
