Plus, you can find them all at the market or in public markets.<\/p>\n<p>If you can&#039;t find cranberries, you can opt for another fruit, such as blackberries or something more citrusy. Another ingredient you can substitute for almonds is peanuts, which are cheaper and easier to find.<\/p>\n<h2>Low Carb Spinach Salad Recipe | How to prepare<\/h2>\n<p>To start, in a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the almonds and cook, stirring constantly, until they are lightly toasted.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the almonds from the pan and let them cool.<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, mix the sesame and poppy seeds, sugar, chopped onion, paprika, white wine vinegar, cider vinegar, and olive oil.
