When the cauliflower is cooked, drain the water well and blend everything into a puree.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate pan, place the cod and cook. When it is cooked, let it cool and flake it.<\/p>\n<p>In a non-stick pan, cut the onion, chopped garlic and bay leaf into very thin slices.<\/p>\n<p>When the onion is cooked, add a little white wine and let it boil. Add the grated carrot and let it cook.<\/p>\n<p>When the carrot is cooked, add the shredded cod and mix in the puree.<\/p>\n<p>Adjust seasoning and finish with chopped coriander.<\/p>\n<p>Place on a preheated stove for 15 minutes just to let it brown.
