And personally, if I&#039;m going to eat pizza I want it to taste as close as possible to the traditional one.<\/p>\n<p>A recipe for <strong>low carb pizza dough<\/strong> gluten-free pasta that is rich in fiber and protein. One whole pasta has 415 calories and 8g net carbs.<\/p>\n<p>Low carb pizza dough | Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tablespoons coconut flour<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tablespoon of bark <a href=\"https:\/\/ideianutri.com\/2015\/04\/23\/beneficios-da-semente-de-psilio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">psyllium<\/a> powdered<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tablespoon parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs, large<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon unsalted garlic and herb<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Check out our low carb zucchini pizza recipe<\/p>\n<h3>Low carb pizza dough<strong> |<\/strong> Instructions<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium sized bowl, mix together the dry ingredients of coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, garlic, and herb.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, mix together the wet ingredients of coconut oil, eggs, and water.<\/li>\n<li>Slowly mix the dry and wet ingredients until well combined.<\/li>\n<li>Take the dough and form it into a single piece, place it on wax paper.<\/li>\n<li>Using a rolling pin, shape the dough with a rolling pin (the wax paper will be on the baking mat and a piece of wax paper on top of the dough.<\/li>\n<li>When done, transfer to the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Using a baking sheet, transfer the dough to the oven.
