This is essential to release liquid and fat during cooking and also to exchange flavors. Try to place the meat side by side with the sausage in the pan, creating layers.<br \/>\nThe original recipe ends here with the cooking! That&#039;s right! No seasoning, NO SALT, no oil or water, that&#039;s what makes it seem like magic in the end! It turns out great, I guarantee it! Click here and see some side dishes.<\/p>\n<h2>Low carb barbecue | Step II: Cooking<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cover the pressure cooker and cook over high heat until it starts to sizzle. Then lower the heat and cook for EXACTLY 40 minutes. At this point, it is important to use the stove&#039;s timer to avoid overtime and the risk of burning.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from heat and release pressure underwater.<br \/>\nThere you have it!!! You will find golden and juicy meat, perfect to go straight to the table, without having to saut\u00e9 anything, add oil, just put everything in the pan and cook for 40 minutes!
