In a small saucepan, heat together the butter, cocoa powder, and water over medium heat. Whisk continuously until combined, then remove from heat.<\/p>\n<p>3. Pour in half of your chocolate mixture into your dry ingredients and stir to combine. Once it is thick and difficult to stir, pour in the other half and mix.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4. Add 1 egg at a time to your cake batter.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0<span class=\"wpurp-recipe-instruction-text\"><span class=\"goog-text-highlight\">Then add heavy cream and vanilla extract and stir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>6. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for about 40-50 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.<\/p>\n<p>7.\u00a0<span class=\"wpurp-recipe-instruction-text\">While the cake is baking, prepare your white chocolate frosting. When your cake is baked, let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate or cooling rack set in a baking dish and let it cool completely.<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpurp-rows-row\">\n<div class=\"wpurp-rows-row\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpurp-rows-row\">\n<p>11. Once your cake is cool to the touch, frost the cake. <span class=\"goog-text-highlight\">Take heaping spoonfuls of your white chocolate frosting and let it drape over the top of the cake and onto the baking sheet.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"wpurp-rows-row\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpurp-rows-row\">\n<p>12. While the frosting is still wet, sprinkle the 20 grams of cocoa powder all over the cake.
