Perfect for toast and sandwiches.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Eating style <strong>low carb bread<\/strong>: friendly, dairy free, gluten free, grain free, onion free, peach free, refined sugar free, soy free, sugar free, vegetarian<\/p>\n<p>Preparation time: 10 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Serves: 12<\/p>\n<p>Check out our zucchini bread<\/p>\n<h2>Low carb flaxseed bread | Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups coarsely ground flaxseed<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of yeast<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon sea salt<\/li>\n<li>5 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup water<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup avocado oil or olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Low Carb Flaxseed Bread | Instructions<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 13\u00d79 baking dish with parchment paper lined sides. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Combine flax seeds with yeast, herb mixture, and sea salt in a large bowl. Stir to fully combine and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Add eggs, water and oil to the jar of your blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds, until frothy.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the liquid mixture to the bowl with the flaxseed mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Stir with a spatula until just combined. The mixture will be very spongy. Once incorporated, let it sit for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish. Smooth it out with the back of a spatula and transfer the pan to the preheated oven.<\/li>\n<li>Bake the bread for 20 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and lift the bread (parchment paper sides up) onto a cooling rack. Remove the parchment paper from the bottom of the bread and let the bread cool on the cooling rack for one hour.<\/li>\n<li>Cut into 12 pieces.<\/li>\n<li>The bread can be toasted or frozen.
