How about a <strong>low carb meal<\/strong> that can be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner? <strong>low carb recipe<\/strong> Today&#039;s is one of my family&#039;s favorite breakfasts to eat while camping \u2013 omelets in a bag!<\/p>\n<p>We also did the <strong>low carb omelette<\/strong> in our house several times \u2013 so if you\u2019re terrible at flipping your omelets in the pan like I am, you\u2019ll love this method because it requires literally no skill!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omelets in a bag<\/strong> are super simple to make. And because everyone can customize their own omelets with their favorite ingredients, there&#039;s definitely a flavor idea that will please you. What I like most about this idea is <strong>low carb meal<\/strong> is that you can literally eat it right out of the bag.<\/p>\n<p>Another bonus \u2013 you can plan ahead when you know you have a busy day by preparing your low carb omelette ahead of time and storing the pre-made bags in the fridge. Your breakfast, lunch and\/or dinner just got a whole lot easier!<\/p>\n<p>Here&#039;s a short video of the entire process from start to finish \u2013 check it out:<br \/>\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4cSIgjtpVhk?ecver=1\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nOMELETS IN A BAG RECIPE<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Low carb omelet | Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.webrun.com.br\/h\/noticias\/conheca-os-beneficios-do-ovo-que-vao-muito-alem-do-desenvolvimento-muscular\/15708\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eggs<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Favorite fillings (cheese, onion, ham, tomato, bell pepper, mushrooms, salt and pepper, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Heavy cream, optional (Adding a dash of heavy cream makes your eggs a little fluffier).<\/p>\n<p>YOU ALSO NEED:<\/p>\n<p>Square freezer bags (1 per person)<\/p>\n<p>Large pot of water<\/p>\n<p>Tongs for retrieving bags from boiling water<\/p>\n<p>Sharpie marker (If you are making multiple omelets at a time, you may want to write each person&#039;s name or initials on the bag)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Low carb omelette | Instructions:<\/h3>\n<p>Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, cut and prepare the fillings you would like in your <strong>low carb omelette<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Crack two eggs into a bag and add the fillings of your choice.<\/p>\n<p>Seal the bag with as little air as possible and mix the ingredients by gently kneading or shaking the bag.<\/p>\n<p>Place the bag in the boiling water and cook until the eggs are set. (A general rule of thumb is to allow each bag to cook for about 6 minutes per egg. So for a two-egg omelet, you should expect a cooking time of about 12 minutes.
