Esto ayudar\u00e1 a que nuestra tarta quede m\u00e1s aireada y esponjosa, pero mira, si no quieres, puedes batirla.<br \/>\nlos huevos en la mano en un bowl mezcla la zanahoria, el chayote y el calabac\u00edn rallado Ah, casi se me olvida... mozzarella rallada pero mira, tambi\u00e9n puede ser queso<br \/>\nde su preferencia, luego sazonar con sal, pimienta negra, un buen chorrito de aceite de oliva y luego para terminar, m\u00e1s<br \/>\nmozzarella rallada, hornear a 180 grados durante aproximadamente<br \/>\n30 minutos o hasta que se haga la prueba del palillo<br \/>\n\u00a1Y tiene que salir seco!
