Ce type de r\u00e9gime, utilis\u00e9 le plus souvent pour perdre du poids, comporte plusieurs branches, qui ont des restrictions diff\u00e9rentes sur la quantit\u00e9 et les types de glucides autoris\u00e9s pendant le programme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content-text__container\" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Dans les menus, comme celui que nous vous proposons \u00e0 la fin de ce texte, le principal nutriment de l\u2019alimentation doit \u00eatre la prot\u00e9ine, obtenue \u00e0 partir de sources telles que la viande, les \u0153ufs et les produits laitiers, suivie de \u00ab bonnes \u00bb graisses pour la sant\u00e9, comme l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Dans certains cas, les graisses prennent m\u00eame le pas sur les prot\u00e9ines. Plus r\u00e9cemment, est apparu le r\u00e9gime Dukan, lanc\u00e9 par le m\u00e9decin fran\u00e7ais Pierre Dukan, apr\u00e8s une adaptation de la m\u00e9thode Atkins. Il y en a d&#039;autres qui vont et viennent, comme Stillman, Whole30, Hyperproteic, Paleolithic et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/globoesporte.globo.com\/eu-atleta\/noticia\/dieta-cetogenica-corta-carboidratos-e-investe-em-gorduras-para-tratar-doencas.ghtml\">C\u00e9to ou c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne, l&#039;un des plus radicaux, qui r\u00e9duit la consommation de glucides \u00e0 5% et augmente la consommation de graisses \u00e0 plus de 60%<\/a>.
