Super pratique et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, sans compter que c&#039;est <strong>faible en glucides et v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Je choisis les ingr\u00e9dients en fonction de ce que j&#039;ai \u00e0 disposition \u00e0 la maison, il vous suffit de vous baser sur le r\u00e9gime pauvre en glucides et d&#039;utiliser votre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser cette recette simple. Parfois je le fais avec de la sauce rouge, d&#039;autres fois je le fais avec du pesto, ce qui est le cas de celui de la photo ci-dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Il me restait des poireaux, des poivrons rouges et de la sauce pesto \u00e0 la maison, et c&#039;est essentiellement ce que j&#039;ai utilis\u00e9. Remuez et couvrez la casserole pendant environ 2 \u00e0 3 minutes. Il suffit ensuite de servir et de saupoudrer de fromage ou de graines (ou les deux !).<\/p>\n<p>Et servez-vous !<\/p>\n<p>Un bon accompagnement pour ce plat est le saumon grill\u00e9 (il est toujours
