Venez voir:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>P\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte hollandaise \u00e0 faible teneur en glucides<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>210 grammes de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e non sucr\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de lait de coco<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de levure<\/li>\n<li>6 gros \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>100 grammes de beurre (2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe)<\/li>\n<li>45 gouttes d&#039;\u00e9dulcorant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mixez le tout dans le robot et faites cuire environ 40 minutes dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s, r\u00e9servez et laissez refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Ganache pour tarte hollandaise \u00e0 faible teneur en glucides<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>600 grammes de cr\u00e8me avec du lactos\u00e9rum (deux bo\u00eetes)<\/li>\n<li>9 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de poudre de cacao 100%<\/li>\n<li>25 gouttes d&#039;\u00e9dulcorant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu doux, laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et fouetter au batteur jusqu&#039;\u00e0 l&#039;obtention d&#039;une cr\u00e8me lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne reste plus qu&#039;\u00e0 assembler la tarte, vous pouvez laisser la ganache au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour qu&#039;elle prenne bien puis servir !<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; A receita que vamos apresentar hoje para voc\u00ea \u00e9 de uma sobremesa super tradicional: a torta holandesa!
