Utilisez une spatule huil\u00e9e ou vos doigts. Pr\u00e9cuire la cro\u00fbte pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez l&#039;avocat en deux. Peler et retirer la cro\u00fbte. Coupez l&#039;avocat. Retirez les graines du poivron et hachez-le finement.<\/li>\n<li>Placez l&#039;avocat et le poivron dans un bol et m\u00e9langez avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n<li>Verser dans la p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau. Cuire au four pendant 35 minutes ou jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que le g\u00e2teau ait une belle couleur.
