Former 12 boulettes de viande. Faites chauffer les 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de beurre dans une grande po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive. Cuire les boulettes de viande \u00e0 feu moyen dans le beurre jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;elles soient dor\u00e9es de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et bien cuites (2 \u00e0 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9).<\/li>\n<li>Retirez les boulettes de viande de la po\u00eale et r\u00e9servez. Ajoutez la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre et les 2 tasses de champignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s dans la po\u00eale. Cuire jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que les champignons soient dor\u00e9s et parfum\u00e9s (4 \u00e0 5 minutes). Retirer les champignons de la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail et faites cuire pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres et translucides.<\/li>\n<li>Retirez les oignons de la po\u00eale.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez le bouillon de b\u0153uf dans votre casserole et grattez le fond pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer tous les ingr\u00e9dients. Incorporez la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse et la gomme xanthane jusqu&#039;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance lisse.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez les boulettes de viande, les champignons, l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail dans la po\u00eale et remuez.
