Prenez la gousse d&#039;ail, \u00e9pluchez-la et coupez-la en rondelles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3 \u2013 Lavez la gousse, coupez l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 et jetez-la. Coupez ensuite la gousse en trois parties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4 \u2013 Lavez la carotte, \u00e9pluchez-la et coupez-la en rondelles \u00e9paisses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>5 \u2013 Dans l\u2019autocuiseur, ajouter l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et la viande, laisser cuire 2 minutes. M\u00e9langez la viande et laissez cuire encore 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6 \u2013 Ajoutez l\u2019oignon, le sel, le thym et la moutarde, m\u00e9langez bien et laissez cuire 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>7 \u2013 Ajoutez l\u2019ail, le chou-fleur, la carotte et l\u2019eau (que vous avez laiss\u00e9 chauffer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape 1), couvrez la casserole et d\u00e8s que cela commence, faites cuire sous pression pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>8 \u2013 Apr\u00e8s 10 minutes, rel\u00e2chez la pression, ouvrez la casserole, retirez le chou-fleur et placez-le dans le bol du mixeur.
