Low carb cream cracker recipe | How to make
Mix everything in a jar using a sturdy spoon.
Turn the oven on at the beginning of the recipe to 200 degrees to heat it up and then keep it at 180 when you put the cookies in.
Roll out the dough on parchment paper or a silicone mat. A good tip is to place plastic wrap on top and “roll out” the dough with a rolling pin or a bottle.
Cut into cookie shapes (be careful not to cut the paper or silicone), poke holes with a fork and leave in the oven for 15 minutes until golden!
To brown both sides, turn and leave for another 3 minutes.
Separate with a large knife and store in a sealed container. It will stay crispy for about 5 days.
