THE low carb pudding recipe It's very simple for you to do when you feel like eating condensed milk pudding, but now you can't because you've changed your eating habits.
Below is a version of the low carb pudding recipe that you can eat without feeling guilty.
This version of pudding has coconut milk and eggs as ingredients, the result is surprising: tasty pudding, with a consistency similar to condensed milk but with an extremely lower carbohydrate content...all good!!

Low carb pudding recipe | Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 milliliters of coconut milk 
  • 200 grams of cream
  • ½ packet of grated coconut
  • Sweetener to taste (I used approximately 1/2 teaspoon)

Low Car Pudding Recipe | Preparation

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth mixture. Add 1/2 packet of grated coconut.
Caramelize the pudding mold with diet caramelizing powder (it comes in a box and you just mix it with the indicated amount of water), just put a tablespoon to 50 grams of the powder in a heated pan until golden.

Pour the mixture of eggs, coconut milk, sweetener and grated coconut into the caramelized mold. Bake in a bain-marie, oven at around 200 degrees until firm (my oven baked in 50 minutes). Unmold after it has cooled.
