Low carb Dutch Pie Dough
- 210 grams of unsweetened grated coconut
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 6 large eggs
- 100 grams of butter (2 tablespoons)
- 45 drops sweetener
Blend everything in the processor and bake for approximately 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, set aside and let cool.
Ganache for low carb Dutch Pie
- 600 grams of cream with whey (two cans)
- 9 tablespoons cocoa powder 100%
- 25 drops of sweetener
Bring to a boil over low heat, let cool slightly and beat in a mixer until a smooth, homogeneous cream forms.
Then just assemble the pie, you can leave the ganache in the fridge to set well and then serve!
