- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, no added sugar
- 1 cup of ice
- 2 drops full strength liquid stevia (I used toffee flavor, but vanilla or plain will work)
- Optional: 1 scoop Whey Protein
- Optional topping: cocoa nibs, peanut butter drizzle
