Ingredients for low carb omelet pizza

2 large eggs or 3 medium eggs

1 generous portion of spinach (can be green beans, broccoli, or all of them); previously fried in butter or olive oil in the frying pan.

1 pinch of salt

Grated parmesan cheese or mozzarella

Tomatoes cut into slices

1 teaspoon butter, olive oil or coconut oil

How to prepare low carb omelet pizza

Low carb omelet pizza. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt until smooth. Add the oil to the frying pan and pour in the egg mixture. Leave on low heat. When the bottom is golden brown, add the steamed vegetables and the Parmesan cheese and leave for a few minutes to heat up. If your frying pan is not oven-safe, remove it from the pan and place the omelet with the vegetables in the oven, previously heated to 180ºC, and leave for 5-10 minutes. When the top is golden brown, remove from the oven, add the tomato slices and it will be ready.
