100 grams of dark chocolate  greater than 70%;

250 grams of cream (a can without whey – we suggest the Nestlé brand, as it is low in carbohydrates and contains 25% of fat);

August sweetener (remembering that chocolate already has a little sweetness)

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes
Add the cream and mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture and sweeten to taste (preferably with xylitol or sucralose liquid sweetener);

Put it in the fridge. When you are ready to eat it, add some dark chocolate shavings (it tastes really good). Another option is to add some natural grated coconut.
