Low carb brigadeiro recipe | Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons of xylitol
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 400g of cream
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut without sugar
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 10g of colorless gelatin

Low carb brigadeiro recipe | How to prepare

In a blender, place the eggs, melted butter, coconut milk, cocoa powder, xylitol sweetener, grated coconut and 400 grams of zero-carb cream.

Now beat everything at maximum speed until you get a very homogeneous mixture, then dissolve the gelatin in 50 ml of water, which should be warm, add to the mixture and beat again until the gelatin is incorporated into the mixture.

Place the dough in a microwave-safe dish properly greased with butter and microwave for approximately 10 minutes at maximum power.

In a gas oven, the time should be 20 to 25 minutes and the temperature must be 180 degrees.

After baking the low carb brigadeiro, let it cool and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours.
