So today I'm going to show you a low carb recipe delicious and very simple cake without flour, sugar or milk, gluten-free, basic, easy and economical. You probably have these ingredients at home, if not, it won't be difficult to find them; there are only two ingredients. That's right, have you ever imagined a cake with only 2 ingredients? - 200 g of semisweet chocolate or 70% cocoa
- 4 eggs
- For sprinkling: Xyliol (optional)
Low Carb Chocolate Cake with 2 Ingredients | Preparation Method    Â
First of all, when preparing the dough of the low carb cake, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Now melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, let it turn into a cream and set aside.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg whites until they form peaks, when they are firm add the egg yolks without stopping beating.
Pour half of this mixture together with the chocolate, stir lightly so that it incorporates well without leaving bubbles, add the rest and mix again.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour in your cake batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 35 minutes.
Turn off the heat, let it cool and unmold the 2-Ingredient Low Carb Chocolate Cake Recipe.    Â
