– With so many
lunch ideas on this channel, one question I get asked all the time is what are some low carb lunch options
for us adults? If you need ideas, I'll share mine
favorites with you today. And if there is something

is your choice. Today, I eat filling salads, but also many low-carb lunches
that are not salads. So yes, low-carb lunches can be filling and meet your dietary needs. Something I like to do
are low carb meal prep bowls. Meal prep will save you a lot of time and you can use any recipe
that you like to eat. Just serve

a serving in a bowl and store in the fridge for later. You can make a low-carb bowl with shredded lettuce
or cauliflower rice and then add any protein,
vegetables and drizzle. Yes, I really like sauces and drizzles to make my meals more exciting. So if you are a fan of
recipes that keep on serving, you'll love these
low carb burrito bowls. They are made in a slow cooker,
with just two ingredients. When the chicken is ready, simply
shred it with two forks, let the chicken absorb some of the sauce and assemble the bowl. I like to put cauliflower rice as a base, top with shredded chicken salsa
, then a little cheese, or add any other on top
toppings you like inside a small container
and take it with you. Since we are

the vegetables, the eggs, then the shrimp, then you
put everything back and stir, add the
cauliflower rice, the sauce. And once everything is
heated, it's ready. And I must say that

These are low carb and you can fry them in a pan or
bake them straight in the oven. I usually serve them with a salad and it's an epic meal of
Mediterranean inspiration. Now, one that I need to share with you is my egg roll in a bowl. It's everything that
you love, from egg rolls, cabbage, meat, sauce. Oh yes, this is a complete meal, perfect for breaking your fast if you are practicing intermittent fasting, because it will keep you

low carb lunch salad ideas that will give you
nutrition and keep you satisfied. One of my favorites is
the buffalo chicken salad. I use my buffalo chicken
that I cook in the slow cooker, shred and then use
a meal prep bowl to layer the lettuce,
that chicken, the avocado, some boiled eggs
, tomatoes and a little blue cheese. And I put my homemade dressing in small containers with lids. At lunch time, all you have to do is drizzle the dressing on top, add a little more
buffalo sauce if you want more spice, grab your fork and enjoy. Other Favorite Low Carb Salads
that look like a meal are my salmon salad salad
and my chicken caprese. Now, my chicken caprese salad
is an epic lunch idea that is mixed with my
vinegarette, and it's delicious. Now for the snack in all
