THE low carb ground beef pizza It's another possibility for your diet meals. If you love pizza, this low carb recipe is delicious and very easy to make, giving it your own special touch. You can add whatever you want to the recipe, such as vegetables, mushrooms, different cheeses, other types of meat, etc.
Low carb ground beef pizza | Ingredients:
– 1 kg of ground meat of your choice (we used flank steak);
– 2 or 3 teeth garlic squeezed;
– 1 pinch of black pepper;
– 1 pinch of salt;
– oregano to taste;
– tomato sauce;
– mozzarella cheese grated on a coarse grater;
– coverage of your preference;

preheat your oven. Turn it on at 220°C;
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, black pepper and garlic. Yes, that's all you need.
No need for onion cream, that has a LOT of sodium. More real food and less processed foods, okay?!
I also don't recommend adding chopped onion, as it releases a lot of water. Garlic is enough to season the meat.
The fat in the meat itself is enough to bind it together (you can tell by looking at my photos), but if you don't believe in that, you can add an egg to the mixture.
Place the dough in a glass or aluminum pan, spreading it out and shaping it to the shape of the pan; there is no need to grease the glass pan. It won't stick, as the meat releases water and this prevents it from sticking to the pan. If the pan is aluminum, use as little oil, butter or olive oil as possible to grease it.
Remembering that the ideal is not to leave this 'dough' too thick;
– 1 kg of meat makes a few of the shapes in the photo (I think 3 or 4);
-Spread some tomato sauce over the meat;
– Add cheese to taste;
– Add whatever toppings you prefer – we used tomato, onion and basil;
– Finish with oregano;
– Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked and the cheese is melted.
Don't leave it for too long so the meat doesn't dry out. 🙂
