Low carb chicken dough pizza | Dough ingredients
1 cup of well-shredded chicken
50g grated cheese (I used light Minas)
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of yeast
Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous dough.
Grease a pizza pan and spread the dough (it is quite soft)
Bake for about 10 minutes and then turn over for another 10 minutes.
When it is golden brown, take it out of the oven and fill it to your liking.
Put it in the oven again.
