Yield: 350g

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 300g of cream
  • 6g of culinary sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Low carb whipped cream recipe | How to make it

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Mix everything with a spoon.
  2. Once everything is mixed, turn on the mixer with the whisk attachment at minimum speed and beat until firm peaks form.
  3. Be careful, as this process is quick and if you let it go too far it will no longer be whipped cream.
  4. Now all you have to do is choose what you want to serve the whipped cream with. It's delicious with fresh fruit, with coffee, to decorate a dessert... In short, this cream is very versatile.

This super practical recipe can be used in many different preparations, as we will see with Chef Diet Sabina. Each 40g cup has only 74.6 kcal and 1.6 g of carbohydrates, which is one serving. A spoonful of calories and carbohydrates is even lower: 18.6 kcal and 0.4g of carbohydrates, so there is no need to count carbohydrates when eaten alone.
