Low carb smoothie recipe – Here are 10 delicious low carb recipes for you to make. Smoothies are great every now and then. We don’t always feel like drinking only liquids in the morning, but sometimes we just want something cold and tasty to enjoy as a treat, but it doesn’t have to be just in the morning. It can be after going to the gym, when you’re not too hungry but still need to eat.

With these low carb smoothies, everyone can feel free to enjoy them and not feel like they need to go over their carb percentages for the rest of the day.

 

1 – Low Carb Chocolate Whey Protein Smoothie Recipe – 5 Net Carbs

  • Mix œ cup water, 1 cup coconut or almond milk, 1 tbsp. whey protein chocolate powder, 1/4 teaspoon mint, 4 spinach leaves and ice, sweetener to taste.

2 – Low Carb Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe – 5 Net Carbs

 

  • Mix œ scoop whey protein powder, 1 cup water, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 2 ice cubes, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, sweetener to taste.

3 – Low carb strawberry smoothie recipe – 5 net carbs
