Sopa low carb detox | Ingredients

1 L of homemade vegetable broth or water

1 chayote

1 cup of broccoli

1 onion, cut into large pieces

1 zucchini

3 cabbage leaves

Juice of half a lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Add the broth to a pan and add the chayote and onion to cook. When the chayote is soft, add the zucchini, broccoli and cabbage. Let it cook just a little longer and then put it in the blender, add the lemon juice and blend until everything is well combined. Return the mixture to the pan and let it boil well.
