Low carb microwave bread | Ingredients
- 200 ml coconut milk (natural or bottled)
- 8 whole eggs
- 200 grams of flaxseed flour
- 100 grams grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Low carb microwave bread | How to make it
In a blender, place all the ingredients, starting with the liquids. Blend for 5 minutes!!
Pour your batter into a loaf pan or a cake pan!! My pan is silicone and doesn't need to be greased. If yours isn't, grease it with butter. And if you don't have a loaf pan or a cake pan, use whatever you have at home!!
This recipe can be made in the oven or microwave. If using the microwave, make sure the pan/bowl is microwave-safe and leave it in the oven for 8 minutes at maximum power, keeping an eye on it so it doesn't burn!! I'm going to make it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes or until you stick a knife in the center of the bread and it comes out clean, meaning it's baked all the way through. The time may vary from oven to oven, so keep an eye on it!!
