- 45g (1.5oz) unsweetened cocoa
- 50g (2 oz) Truvia, or a similar granular sugar substitute (xylitol, erythritol)
- 60g (2oz) unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
- 60g (2oz) cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened vanilla extract

Low carb chocolate chip cookie recipe | How to make it
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
In a bowl, place the cream cheese with the sweetener and mix until smooth.
In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs and mix with softened butter and vanilla extract.
Add the egg mixture to the cream cheese and sweetener mixture and mix well until there are no lumps.
Slowly and gently add the cocoa powder
On a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, place the mixture in round mounds – place the mixture in the oven
Bake for 10-15 minutes and let cool completely. The cookies will be crispier when cool.
