Low Carb Desserts – We will show you a video with a spectacular recipe for Low carb soft maria, very timely for those moments when we have a “sweet tooth” attack! You can eat this wonderful dessert in moderation and without having to stray from your low carb diet, without having to indulge and with a clear conscience, this recipe is low in carbohydrates.

Maria mole low carb | Ingredients
- 1 pack of colorless gelatin
- 200 mL coconut milk
- 2 scoops of vanilla flavored whey protein
- sweetener (optional)
- dry unsweetened grated coconut
Low carb Maria mole | How to prepare
Place the colorless gelatin to dissolve in two tablespoons of water and one of coconut milk, mix well and let it hydrate for approximately 30 seconds.
Then heat the mixture for 30 seconds in the microwave to dissolve.
In a blender, beat the coconut milk with the whey and sweetener.
When they are well mixed, add the liquid gelatin without stopping beating.
Place the mixture in silicone ice cube trays or in a dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator, unmold or cut the recipe and finish by covering the sweets in grated dry coconut.
Suggestion: if you don't have these silicone molds, you can put them in regular molds, or in a plastic container and after putting it in the fridge for two hours, you can cut it and cover it with grated, unsweetened dried coconut which will have the same effect.
