Ingredients for low carb avocado mayonnaise

1 avocado medium to remove the pulp

120 ml extra virgin olive oil (1/2 cup)

juice of 1 lemon

120 ml water (7 tablespoons)

1 teaspoon of salt

1 pinch of black pepper

herbs to taste (optional)

 Preparation of low carb avocado mayonnaise

Place the avocado pulp, lemon, water and seasoning in a blender and blend until smooth. Gradually add the olive oil and blend constantly. If desired, you can add chopped herbs. It can be used in snacks, pâtés and salads. Covered and stored in the refrigerator, it can last up to 3 days.
