That low carb pizza dough It is very simple and very practical.
One thing I could eat every day without a problem is pizza. It has always been one of my favorite foods to eat. And, it also happens to be one of those foods that I could never easily transition from. low carb.

But I've been trying to figure out a good recipe for low carb pizza dough since the beginning of the new year. Previous attempts resulted in a dough that didn't turn out very well. And personally, if I'm going to eat pizza I want it to taste as close as possible to the traditional one.

Low carb pizza dough | Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- œ tablespoon of bark psyllium powdered
- œ tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 eggs, large
- Œ teaspoon baking powder
- œ teaspoon salt
- Œ teaspoon unsalted garlic and herb
- Œ cup water

Low carb pizza dough | Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together the dry ingredients of coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, garlic, and herb.
- In a small bowl, mix together the wet ingredients of coconut oil, eggs, and water.
- Slowly mix the dry and wet ingredients until well combined.
- Take the dough and form it into a single piece, place it on wax paper.
- Using a rolling pin, shape the dough with a rolling pin (the wax paper will be on the baking mat and a piece of wax paper on top of the dough.
- When done, transfer to the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
- Using a baking sheet, transfer the dough to the oven. Bake on each side for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add your topping.
- Place back in the oven until the topping reaches the desired point.
